Bounce Trampoline Class

Not only is bouncing said to be supportive for lymph circulation, but it is also good for bone health, balance and coordination. The fun you have on a trampoline helps you forget that you are getting a good cardio workout too!

All the “Bounce” rebounding classes at Hometown Pilates are done on luxurious Bellicon™ Rebounders. Instead of harsh metal springs, bungees are used instead for a gentle, quiet bounce.


This class is great for beginners! It combines the fun of bouncing with Pilates exercises to give you a well rounded workout.

Bare feet or Toesox (available for purchase at the studio) are required-NO SOCKS. No shoes are permitted unless special permission by instructor. Bring your water bottle.
