Lindsay Pelletier holds a certification in Pilates Instruction for all Pilates apparatus and levels from Core Dynamics through Michele Larsson and has been teaching Pilates since 2007. She is experienced in teaching a wide variety of clients ranging from gymnasts, to clients with limited mobility. Lindsay is also a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE)  and a Restorative Exercise™ Specialist with Katy Bowman, Nutritious Movement™  out of Sequim, Washington.   Her other interests include crafting, woodworking, nutrition and gardening.



Tammy Cordray

Tammy has completed the Pilates teacher training program through Midwest Pilates Institute in Prairie du Sac. It’s a 500-hour comprehensive Pilates certificate program covering reformer, trapeze table, Wunda chair, spine corrector, ladder barrel and mat. Tammy started taking Pilates lessons in 2007 and has continued taking weekly lessons ever since. She loves the functional strength and flexibility she gets from Pilates. It allows her to continue doing all the other activities that she loves: running, cycling, lifting weights, water skiing, and hiking (the list goes on and on…). She enjoys sharing her passion for Pilates and its benefits with others including athletes of all ages and abilities wanting to add a new element of movement to their current training program.

Tammy teaches Pilates part-time and is available evenings and on Saturdays. By day, she is senior vice president of a consulting firm in Madison. She lives in Verona with her husband and son.

My name is Liron and I am one of the first certified MELT Instructors (over 9 years of experience with the method). I am a former professional tennis player and instructor with a bachelor in Physical Ed and master in Educational Psychology, I always had the passion for educating myself and others about personal improvement and well being – body and mind.

Based on my personal experience from the past 9 years, I am a huge believer in the MELT method as a way to reduce (even eliminate) many forms of physical pain. I discovered MELT as a last resort for a chronic pain in my neck. The pain persisted despite repeated PT sessions and efforts of chiropractors and prevented me from maintaining my active and sports intensive lifestyle. Since I discovered MELT, I am no longer a “slave” to the pain. MELT is now an integral part of my life, It helped me to regain trust in my body! By regularly practicing MELT, I am a more efficient athlete and I can more freely perform everyday activities as a busy carrier woman and a mother of two.

Just as Sue Hitzmann- the creator of the method, did for me 9 years ago, I have taken on the mission of doing so for others; I’ll teach you how to eliminate the pain you suffer from and have a more efficient and balanced body!
